I hardly ever feel cold in school, not even when I was sitting more in the path of the aircon then now. But yesterday was super super FREEZING. Maybe cos I was drenchedD: I had an umbrella but it was super heavy the only difference in wetness was probably hair-wise. And I'm super thankful my hair wasn't wet, in addition to the rest of me. I didn't cross at the traffic lights, but instead before that. Not jaywalking(: 15m or so from traffic light:D So I was standing in the middle of the road waiting for the cars on the other side to clear so I can walk across. Too close to the road. And this car comes by and runs over a puddle and splashD: And as I crossed, nearing the curb there was a gigantic puddle and my socks and shoes got soaked.
So in the foyer, I took out my shoes and rest my feet on this green stool we found in the corner(: hahaha very embarrassing everytime a busload of people entered the foyer(:
I haven't described my mornings very much, so here are random facts!:
.once I sat on this bus and the bus driver smiled/smirked very satisfiedly to himself everytime he stopped at a stop o.o
.the road leading to the rgs bus stop (from the direction of far east) has a super strong stench like rotten cheeseburger in the morning. I haven't eaten cheeseburgers for quite a while /:
.The mini amphi looks super frightening in the morning.
.The security guard jaywalks. In a legal way.
.There's always a PIT sitting to the right of the foyer (when you face it). Just a hint.
.Many many students' cars are silver/white 7seaters.
.A lot of the students sit in the back seat of their car.
.There is a school bus with very frighteningly bright blue lights lining it's doorway.
And that's about all I can think of now.

#54awards ceremony!
Saturday, September 20, 2008
Nanyang Poly has a nice campus(: I went there for SINDA awards earlier today, that's why I didn't go for coastal cleanup. Ningxin said it was sad cos of a dead jellyfish o.o SINDA awards was...
I shall quote ningxin!
Omg._. Not even present!O: you mean you sat through 5 hours for a cert!xD
That pretty much sums it up(:
Friday we had PE CES, and I can do a tripod stand! Like when we were practising I couldn't hold it up AT ALL, then when Mrs Anis was assessing me, I remember I thought "The mat is very squishy!", then I managed to hold it there without falling off(:
On Thursday Scrabble people had prize presentation, and NINGXIN IS THE BEST IN SCRABBLE!
Wednesday was oral._. It went very very horribly, and I shan't say anymore or I won't stop and will probably get into trouble :/
we'd be perfect for each other
and we'll never find another
we'd never have to wonder
if we missed out on each other

#51 deadlines :/
Sunday, September 14, 2008
I just compared 110's class blog and my blog and I am depressed. 110 started in like term 2 maybe, and it's last post was last month or so, and there are 80++ posts already. As compared to mine, which started early early this year (maybe first few days of school), last post is today/yesterday (whichever you consider as last), and there are only 51. Counting this.
Oh dear the D&T teacher is going to hunt me down very very soon. My banana (a ROLLING banana SPLIT mind you, those unpure people out there) is long overdue. And it's not like D&T is my last aesthetics module. It was due approximately...
exactly on Term 3 week 3, just before the AP___ thing. Conference.
Ah well, it's supposed to be AESTHETICS, some relaxing, calming weekly thing. I don't see how abnormally tight deadlines are soothing. Which is why music&dance rocks. step step, side and side, step, step, side and side, new yorker, side and side, new yorker, side and side, full turn, side and side, full turn! wheeee.

doob: ....... cos I'm so brilliant.
me (suddenly inspired by jodi picoult): you know if i were a judge, i'd tell the jury to disregard that last sentence.
doob: HUH? that's like if we're playing in the playground and you say "I'm a sea turtle so I eat seaweed."

EXAMS ARE BACK WAHAHAHAHA.
math: __/40. Let's just say I didn't fail.
geog: 11/15. one more markD:
hist: 9/10. I LOVE HISTORY, YES I DO.
Let's start from MONDAY.
On Monday my uniform felt weird. Like it was the first time I put it on. But when term 3 started after the month break it didn't feel weird. I think I put on weight over the sept hols, which is why it felt weird D: okay, I KNOW I put on weight. After school Doob and I went to macs to put on weight. again. but we did WALK to far east, so good on us!(:
Tuesday was D DAY. Violin exam. It was freaky. I walked in and the examiner asked me if I was going to do scales first or three pieces. I said scales. Then my piano accompaniment teacher walked in and said three pieces and the examiner stared at me. Then he asked me for the piece of paper which he grades me on. I hand him that AND my score, then he stares at me again and goes "You'll need that." like I'm mentally challenged or something. My three pieces was seriously horrible. The piano was too loud. Or I was too soft :/ I realised that all the other people who were tested on that day wore school uniform, and I was wearing a shirt and jeans o.o this ri guy even wore his TIE-.- Then I went home and ate ice cream. after lunch and after dinner. no wonder.
Wednesday was back to school! Kimberley had a huge stack of work for me, thankyouverymuch! but seriously, next time don't bother:D We had guides after school. It was fun<3 We sewed. Haha ncc, ENVY US. And we made pretty flowers from drink cans! okay, I paired with Wei Yi; I spoilt 2 petals, she perfected 4:/
Thursday was yesterday! After school me and doob
went rushed to j8 (you know i bet rgs could survive letting us off just 1/2 hour earlier) so that I could buy FBTs for my sister's birthday!
and also for me, but that's not the point. But the shop was closed for LUNCh at 4. FOUR. F-O-U-R. okay, yeah you get the drift. So I didn't buy D: Next Tuesday here I come!
I do not look toot when I pin my fringe back.
Friday
was is today! lit, math, eng, recess, hist, ass (hahahahaha), lunch/go home. Lit was about mockingbirds! Tom Robinson, Boo Radley, Atticus Finch. Doob once told me about how Robinson is robin which is a bird, finch is a bird (?) and Radley is the name of a famous bird photographer and they're all mockingbirds in TKMB! Math was SA - non routine problem solving. It was FUN. surprisingly. And after school CES was cancelled
not that that matters so me and eda went to SUBWAY. To grow fat.
_____
TAG REPLIES.
regina: yes i did! it was lovely and springy???
emeline: hahaha you have!
ningxin: violin, not piano:D It sucked. I told you that already right(:

The school day passed seriously slow today. Like I'd look up at the clock and only 2 mins or something would have passed. THAT slow. Lit passed very quickly though cos Miss Chen scolded our class o.O The teachers should scold us more.
RGP is being mean. The seniors aren't given a slot to dance this year, who knows why. Ah, well. So long as we get to perform for graduation. That would be the really cool dance:D
I haven't posted in seriously long so you realise how weird I sound now. Lack of practice, I tell you. Two and a half days. And school ends.
My eyelids are sliding down.

Cheryl Yeap got pink FBTs. I want pink FBTs.
Ah, I know how it feels like now to hit the big40! (This is my 40th post:D)
Okay well the CHEM teacher gave us this worksheet on thursday or something, and the front cover is very funny.

FANTASTIC NEW COMPOUNDS!
Washington, D.C.-Chem Matters magazine has obtained a bizarre research report describing a previously unknown class of compounds made by a new principle of chemical synthesis. Straight to the point. Points.
1. A newly discovered compound, which contains the elements indium (In) and potassium (K) can be used in ballpoint pens. Guess what, the formula is InK!
*Editor's (My) Note: I have no idea if this is really true, and you can figure the rest of the formulas on your own. Yes, it requires SOME brain power.
2. A compound with equal parts tin(Sn), oxygen(O) and boron(B), does not mix with other substances.
3. One part phosphorus(P) and nine parts potassium (K9 - editor's note: The 9 is meant to be subscript) make up this compound that was recently isolated from dog urine. (editor's note: I find this very FUNNY)
4. A very abosrobent material of equal parts sulfur(s), phosphorus(p), oxygen(o), nitrogen(n), and germanium (ge) has multiple uses.
5. A mineral of the three elements aluminium(Al), sulfur(s) and phosphorus (p) is found in a major mountain range.
6. The compound containing lithium(Li), phosphorus(p) and sulfur(s) forms a structure that enables you to smooch.
7. This chemical, sometimes found in rabbits' feet, contains one part lutetium(Lu), one part carbon(c) and one part potassium(k)
8. A compound that's helpful when you're studying for a test contains one part chromium (cr) and one part americum (am).
9. Bromine (br), iodine(i), carbon (c) and potassium(k) are found in this material that is used to build houses.
10. This compound which was banned by the churs contains one part nitrogen(n) and one part silicon(si).
11. Discovered in automobiles this compound contains one part sulfur(s) and one part gallium(ga).
12. A substance one part boron(b), one part oxygen(o) and one part astatine(at) floats on water.
13. This compound - one part aluminium(al), one part molydenum (mo) and one part neodymuium(nd)- makes a very nutty substance
14. A compound of one part potassium(k), one part nickle(ni) and one part iron(fe) penetrates many other substances.
15. Tungsten(w), rhenium(re), nitrogen(n), carbon(c), and hydrogen(h) in equal parts can form a useful tool.
16. Equal parts of carbon(c), oxygen(o), calcium(ca), cobalt(co), and lanthanum(la) will make a tasty beverage.
17. A substance that's one part cobalt(co), one part radon(rn) and one part yttrium(y) is similar to many of these examples.
Okay, this post sounds very geeky but it's very funny. For me at least.
Did that just make me sound geekier?Labels: cheryl y, funny, school

#21 Ego Boosting
Tuesday, May 27, 2008
Before my non-posting stage passes 1 month, I shall save this blog, being the nice person I am.
Yes, I
know this is my blog, but allow me some self-praise won't you:D
I have many many unfinished posts. It'll be really weird to continue a post I started and was supposed to end half a month ago, so. Felt really weird today. Like today was a Saturday. Since maths training
is was (woohoo-haha, crystal:D) on Saturday and today was the SMO so it felt like ahh go home can do whatever I want but tomorrow will be a busy busy day.
And then I realise and thank my lucky stars. If they even exist.
I remember my previous blog was filled with quizzes. I think I only had three non-quiz posts. yup.
That bad. Then some horrible person went to report my blog and blogger had to check it or something so I couldn't access that blog. Took me real long to realise I had to request for them to check it.
I was convinced they 'banned' my blog because of the posts. ah, I was young and innocent then.
STILL INNOCENT NOW BY THE WAY.
Today's SMO was really confidence-lowering. It was difficult, but I had a fun time doing random workings on the paper:D Even tried exploring my artistic
talent potential. yeah.
Some questions made absolutely no sense
but maybe it was just me so they better do something about it. Trying to boost my ego here:D
not that it needs any boosting alreadySATURDAY--OPEN HOUSE
ah, yes, open house. All the Sec1s had to go for cheering. The first cheerleading showcase was quite disastrous. Like none of the pyramids were on time. Some houses just gave up after someone fell. Quite poor thing, considering the parents were there and all.
At least there was free lunch. Han Jun was being ano. Okay,
I should be being ano, actually. They gave Nasi Lemak. At least, an adaptation of it. I have no idea WHY they keep having to give us chicken wings everytime they cater food.
I shall stop being bimish.
The second cheering session was better. Most probably cos it was in the hall. There's an RGP senior in Buckle cheerleading! She dances well -okay they all do- but she keeps smiling which is kinda scary:D Waddle's one went super perfectly. Super sync. And their pyramid was pretty:D
I feel good:D These two p6s asked me and crystal where to return some plate and I helped her return it! So sweet of me, huh:D
BACK TO TODAY. TUESDAY.
I feel happyhappyhappy. Holiday's are here already. But they seem so short. Like This weeks gone in 3 days. Next week's just like some other week. 3rd week I'm going on Holiday so it'll seem real short. And 4th week's three days long. Nice.

#20 Onion Rings
Sunday, May 11, 2008
Onion rings are oily. Irritating oily.
Ah, exams finally finally over. I'm not very happy about that. No more Far East outings after 1.5 hours at school, and still manage to reach home for a nice lunch and tv :D
Well at least this coming week is kinda early. kinda. yeah. We're gonna be let off at about 12+ on mon, tues and thurs if I'm not wrong. Wed, though is the paper checking days. Not good.
The school is being mean. Who gives you two weeks to get ready a dance? A RACIAL HARMONY DAY one, even. Proposal in 1.5 weeks, and audition in 2. Nice.
The worse thing is that it has to be ethnical.
I shouldn't be pissy on my blog, no.
Oh, yes. IKEA.
Math was the last exam. On Thursday.
HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHERYL!
Which happened to be Cheryl's birthday. After that some of the guides went to IKEA to look for gifts for the seniors cos they'd be leaving soon. Wei Yi, Laura, Amelia, Joceline and I. Crystal
being the wuliao person she is came along :D
So we walked to Orchard MRT. Wei Yi, Laura and Joceline were being vain so they changed into black shirts and blue jeans(: Took MRT to Tampines. Then the shuttle bus to IKEA!
IKEA has a nice logo, don't you think?
Me and Crystal shared Spaghetti with meatballs! Really yummy<3 We walked around loads and loads and loads. Load glass bowls into the cart, walk around, load candles in the cart, walk around, find glass bowls cheaper in the cart, load cheaper glass bowls into the cart, unload more expensives glass bowls back onto the shelves, walk around, find cheaper candles, load cheaper candles into the cart, unload more expensive candles, walk around, find bigger bowls that were more expensive but nicer, load bigger bowls into the cart, unload smaller cheaper bowls back onto shelves, walk around, load potpourri (sp?) into the cart, walk around, load pebbles into the cart, walk around, look for samples of each item we bought, put them together, put them all back, change the colour of the candles, and finally we paid.
bye bye calories.

Physics yesterday. Not good. I got the colour thing wrong. Well, at least the paper ended early early early :D and today is CSP/MSP exam, so I don't have to go school<3!
HARRY POTTER AND THE UMBRA PENUMBRA OF PURIFICATIONCLARA:
eeyer then [on Father's Day] i give you gayyyy medicine, then you won't know whether you're girl or guy, then i also don't have to give you!
...
eeyer you gay pok
mayo = gay pok? I think not.
Went to Far East later with Crystal, Han Jun, Cheryl, Ningxin. Then kibs and moira joined. Far East was desertishly deserted. Stalls all closed. So we just sat down and had an intimate talk.
That sounds so gay.
MAYO IS NOT GAYPOK.
Cheryl, Crystal and I took pics! see I put Cheryl & Crystal before I cos
I rock I learnt my grammar
cos I rock. But since Cheryl hasn't blogged yet I can't steal the photos off her blog :D
When the stalls finally finally opened, we went to Chameleon! They sell hair clips with some weird bead things (I guess pretty was what was intended to be) for $85. They have loads and loads of accessories. Spent a while trying on wonky retarded wings. I TRIED ON A RING THAT COST $200+! I feel so expensive<3
They were selling some pretty hairbands which cost $5! Cheryl
forced requested us to buy it for her birthday. So we made a pact!
THURSDAY, 8TH MAY 2008 - AFTER MATH EXAM
Crystal, Hanjun, Me: HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHERYL! GUESS WHAT WE GOT YOU!!!
Cheryl: OMG SO PRETTY. I love it! You guys chose such a wonderful present! I mean, I was not in Chameleon with you on Tuesday asking you to buy that for me or anything, was I? It must have cost you about $50000!
Crystal, Hanjun, Me: Yes, of course you weren't in Chameleon with us that day! Actually, it cost us $50001!
Cheryl: Ah, I MUST buy you'll presents worth $50002 for your birthday! especially Mayo!!!
Okay that last part was made up :D
Ooh, RGS having a racial harmony dance huh.
Unity in Diversity. How cliched.
I feel accomplished! Finished my third lang e-learning homework today! (yes I know it was due really long ago)
shortcutting=the action of shortcutting!

I keep dreaming of some fantabulous song which is actually made up of loads of other songs. "Fantabulous". I remember that word. Last year, when I sat in at Sabrina and Bianche's Drama CCA, the teacher used that word. Bianche didn't like the teacher, I remember.
Ah yes, saw Bianche at the bus stop today. When I was waiting for my Dad's reply as to whether I could go to KAP with Amanda Doob Alethea Cheese Crystal. Didn't reply. Since KAP would be seriously out of the way, went to Orchard Macs again with Crystal. We just bought a vanilla cone each. Vanilla cones in the morning taste especially yummy(:
Ah, I have been looking through blogskins and have concluded that most of them aren't very good. Not that I'm in any position to comment. I like the skins the designer of this blogskin designs. Simple, pink, and nice :D
History coming up soon. Darn that B.I. test next thurs. Just the worse way to end the exams -- having to go for third lang. Actually it isn't really third lang that's getting on my nerves. It's the time I
waste spend there. 2 whole hours. And the journey is another 1 hour.
When I could be resting at home.
I just realised that I want MYA period to go on forever. Minus the MYAs. Yeah. School hours to be 1.5 hours, and byebye you're dismissed! So great. Only it feels like everyday is Saturday. Not that I actually mind, though my body clock (if there's such a thing) would go warped.
Have you ever felt
like there was this whole other person inside of you just looking for a way to come out? like erasing some parts of your life? Using some humongous life eraser. Or maybe just some tiny dust to rub away that part of your timeline. I find myself wishing that sometimes, but you can't. It's permanent. If only life could follow FRIXXON.
My brother mentioned once that some of his friends talk about life on their personal messages for MSN. Said he felt like going up to them and saying "who're YOU to talk about life. You've only lived 10+ years of it." Somehow telling them that WOULD be talking about life too; talking about how much of life you have left. It'd be wrong to assume that life will be say, 70, 80 years, since you wouldn't know. But then who does?
Stupid Philo.

#15 NOSTALGIA
Thursday, May 1, 2008
Who knew that looking through my old report book would bring back so many memories. I saw this blue book sticking out from the shelve and thought "huh, there's a report book", then I took it out and realised it was mine. Even though, yes, RGP days were just about 5, 6 months ago, it felt like it was so long ago, so long ago it felt new. I don't think I even looked through my report book properly when I got it back last year. Didn't realise I looked so retarded in the picture with Miss Tan, but remembering how we realised Mrs Ho had managed to sneak her way into all our photos.
The remarks were all there, the most interesting part, actually. I realised how all the comments were so positive, but you can see how some negativeness was masked behind all the "what a expressive student!" stuff. Though at that point of time, I admit it felt very confidence boosting. (:
You know how GEP always gives all sorts of extra unnecessary stuff like Selective Enrichment reports and what crap? Yeah, they were all there and compared to p1-3 days, were so different. I found myself staring at my p1 report, and thinking: How did the school manage to come up with a timetable consisting of only three subjects? Same goes for p4-6, but at least there was some emphasis on social studies, not that I particularly enjoyed that.
I skipped all the reports showing the levels highest, lowest and average score. I always hated those reports. They make you feel bad. Unless you're Jacqueline or something and you'd love how those reports put your score as top, top, top! (:
Oh gosh, that retarded photo of mine.

#14 HAPPY FREE CONE DAY 2008!<3
Tuesday, April 29, 2008
sing like no one's listening;
dance like no one's watching;
love like you have never been hurt;
live like heaven is on earthor at least something like that. okay I admit to doing the first two and no way would you want to watch me when I'm off in my own little world. The last line reminds me of heaven&earth the green tea drink! ooh you know the ad where this nerdy guy was superman or something like that and supposedly heaven&earth made you clear enough to know they're the same people. maybe I should drink it for tomorrow's chinese MYA. then I would be clear! No, wait han jun should drink it and then she'd be clear and I'd see through her brain on to her paper and ta-da, there are my answers. Either that or I dig through her to-be-visible brain, extract the chinese cells and stick them into my brain.
either that or I just mug today even though I have no idea how to.
SCHOOL
Today's PE rocked. We did this sort of balances for gym which apparently all ballet people can do since they're the basic excericises. I couldn't ): blame it on my quitting of ballet when I was five, and smart enough to know that pretending to drive a car and running messily around the room wasn't considered ballet.
unless it did.
anyway. We learnt some sort of candle balance and tripod. I nearly did the tripod then just as I was about to lift my other leg up I had a scary mental image of how unstable I looked and bang I was on the ground again. Candle balance - don't ask.
The rest of the day went fine. Mdm Rozanah took up our lunch for some history lesson. It feels so nice sitting right behind a Student Leader and pigging out. (: Oh yes Miss Quek rocked la. Her period was just before lunch and she let us off 20 minutes early. So we had like nearly double lunch.
Last Physics Lesson. But we'd be taking Chem next which I know is going to suck.
Okay - to the interesting stuff(:
BEN & JERRY'S FREE CONE DAY
no need for elaboration. But for the sake of studying history:
Point: Ben & Jerry's rocked. They gave out free cones!
Evidence: um. I ate a free cone?
Elaboration: It was yummy!
Link: This shows that Ben & Jerry's rocks!
Amanda, Crystal, Ningxin, Ashlynna, Moira, Min Chih, Hazel, Kimberly and I went to the Raffles City shopping mall! Got lost on the way, thought it was located at City Hall. But the uncle at the MRT gave us refund, so nice right.
When we reached we had no idea where to go so we just followed the crowd and everything and ta-da we found it(: We queued up for about 20 minutes. Kinda short, considering the queue stretched all away round this huge bend and ended up in a zigzag fashion, those irritating but cool stuff you find at changi airport. I took a Chocolate Fudge (forgot the name, but this should be it). Posed for the camera! Looked retarded in most shots, but nvm(: Then later we went to Burger King and ate fries which are supposedly much healthier then chips so for the first time, I felt happy that I ate large fries(:
ah, yes, min chih had chocolate lips! so pretty, but kinda weird. I hear Police & Thief just screaming for me to go watch them.
okay, maybe not, but that doesn't really matter(:
TAG REPLIES
amanda: I love you too(: yes you're mentioned now, haha(:

#13 FRUITLESS ATTEMPTS
Monday, April 28, 2008
School computers deny you access of blogs, but weirdly enough, they allow blogger. Kinda weird huh. In order to make up for the long long period of time where I didn't blog, I shall blog excessively now!
So excessively I have no idea what to blog about.
Ahh we are ONE day away from Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day! whee. But I bet the queues will be really long, cos please, this is SINGAPORE we're talking about. And Singapore isn't very populated with B&J outlets either, so.
You know I never knew about this Free Cone Day before this year. I don't really eat Ben&Jerry's. But it's quite nice isn't it? Can't really remember.
I ought to visit the class blog. anyway.
oh dear I SERIOUSLY have no idea what to blog about. oh you know this keyboard i'm using? It's cute in a weird way. Like to un-caps it, you press SHIFT! haha. okay nevermind. It's been a really long time since I saw those pipe screensaver stuff.
look. I have no idea what to blog about.
probably the reason i've been repeating myself-.-
Oh yes, Cheryl's Birthday is coming soon! Another way of saying WHOO THE EXAMS GOING TO BE OVER SOON. which isn't true since it hasn't even started yet. It's quite good to have your birthday on the last day of the exams, unless the last paper is chinese or something. Cos then you'll be let off early and can go celebrate, not just the end of the exams but your birthday too! Like how my brother is going to watch an NC16 show on the last day of his exams, which luckily happens to be his birthday too.
Eda's being weird and spinning around on her chair. x)
I love exam period, cos you're so free in the afternoons; CCA put on hold, excused from third lang. So you're free everyday, unless you happen to have some piano lesson or something.
this blog post is going nowhere.

#3 CNY Eve<33
Wednesday, February 6, 2008
Okay yes the last post was ages ago.
Anyway.
CNY EVE PARTY
The lower sec levels had the party before the concert, so after assembly all the sec ones and twos all went back to the classes. The HCL reps - jocie and yan han- were supposed to go onto inet and show us this presentation about the different new years but since no teacher was there we decided to skip it cos it's not like anybody would actually listen if there wasn't any teacher over there staring at the back of our heads.
Okay so we collected all the food and piled them on the tables. And I realised that I hadn't brought the party food I had bought): And the class realised we only had one bottle of drink-Sprite. So Crystal and I started went to all the classes to ask for drinks. First we went to 111, and I think we didn't bother to go in cos there was a teacher in there. Then we went to 112 and the HCL rep was in the midst of giving the presentation (LOL). So me and Crystal started applauding and cheering. Then we realised Mdm Rozanah was in there and was staring at us. Oops. Well the lights were off, we couldn't tell could we? Then Sabrina chased us out cos they only had one bottle too): but they had A LOT of food. So we went to 113. And sadly Mr Lim was there. the Philo teacher. And he was giving a rather philosophical talk to 113 on how they should listen to the speaker. Poor them. 113 had 5 bottles of drink. They didn't spare us any. Well we didn't need any in the end.
So dejected poor us returned to class to find Miss Chen in the class. Sadly, she brought us down to the J1 shared class -our projector wasn't working- to watch the presentation. Jocie really fit her part as the HCL rep - she was wearing this very traditional Chinese-y top(: During the presentation, I found this notebook under one of the tables. So obviously I opened it(: It belonged to this last year sec three girl. And on the front page it said: Form teacher- Mdm(or Miss, I'm not sure) Regina Lee. LOL.
Mrs Teo brought her super super cute son to school. and he was super super cute. So did Mrs Ho (bring her child). Her daughter. They looked super alike from the back. same hairstyle!
CNY PERFORMANCE
The performance was at the hall and luckily we got to sit at top part (forgot what it's called) . 110 was actually supposed to stand by the side (or maybe go down, but the class was standing) and 111 to move to the left of it. But AmandaH and I just sat somewhere near the middle but still left-ish(: hey, it had a better view! For the first part of the concert we decided to be really enthu and started screaming like mad. And dancing to the lion dance. It got a little boring after a while so we stopped. The lion dance was by the NCC! and mei jia was there! The gymnastics performance was SUPER scary. I thought they were going to break their backbone or something. They did this bridge, then instead of landing on their palms they landed on their lower arm (elbow to palm) and did this backflip thing which was SCARY. Then they used those sort of Chinese Dance fans and they did this back and front body wave thing which was NICE. The best performance in that concert.
AFTER
This was the best part of the day. A whole huge group of us from RGPS<3,We nearly had to squash the entire thirty-something ex-RGPS<3 girls in the first 190, which was really crowded cos most of the bus stop people boarded it(trust me, that's a lot). And just so happened, someone spotted (forgot who exactly, too many people:)) another 190 just behind the first one(it had nothing to do with the bus number-we could take any bus from that bus stop. just that it being a 190 just behind another 190...) WHICH WAS EMPTY. So the entire group of us got onto it. There were a few RGS girls there -two, to be exact- who were not from RGPS<3, but it was fine. Not like any of us minded. We were just glad to be finally returning to RGPS<3!
When the bus was at Equatorial, we rang the bell, which I bet was way more effective than alethea's "ding dong ding dong", and just before we got of, being the lovely angels we know we are (yay!), we chorused "Thank You Uncle!!!" and got off the bus. Wasn't the driver glad:). Well at least he had good business:) And not like we bothered him that much (okay maybe we did) since we were only on that bus for about three stops. Then we started walking towards the traffic light and we started skipping. Well at least four of us did. We tried to get the rest to do it too, but i guess we weren't convincing enough:(
When the huge entire group of us crossed the traffic light and were at the bus stop (which was just beside the traffic lights by the way) we realised that doob emeline and jocie were still standing at the other side waiting for the lights to change. It looked rather hilarious, frankly. So when the lights finally turned green, they were crossing the road and we started shouting "JIA YOU JIA YOU JIA YOU" really loudly. So they purposely started walking really really slowly. Well since they were already reaching our end of the road, I got onto the road and started pushing them over. And a car honked. At us I think:( But the lights hadn't even reddened (weird choice of words I know) yet.
Then we took 67 to RGPS<3. Sadly, it wasn't our fated bus (TIB1117Z-or maybe TIBS, can't remember). When most of us had gotten onto the bus, we realised that doob jocie and some others weren't getting off cos they were waiting for clara, who somehow wasn't there. Then just as we got onto the bus we saw clara cross the road with yan han(ex-RGPS<3 girl too!)
We reached the bus stop opposite our school and waited for doob and the others to come. Being supportive, once again, we cheered SUPER LOUDLY (okay not that) as doob and jocie and the rest got off. THEN WE WALKED TO RGPS<3!!!
Most of the teachers weren't there, which was sad, but MRS SNG was!!! And so was Mdm Choong! And we visited our old classrooms -mine was 6P- and we started writing messages to our little juniors! the ENTIRE board was filled up with stuff(i wrote something really encouraging by the way:)) AmandaH filled up half the board with her 'AMANDA WAS HERE'. Then both of us started thinking of creative ways to tell people to add her to msn (mostly her). The whiteboard had this space on the right of it that said: 'English' 'Math' 'MT' 'Science' 'Social Studies' and 'Others'. To use to record the homework. So under 'Math' she wrote ******+****+@+hotmail+com (stars to protect her identity!). Then other MT she wrote "yao4 jia1 ah4man4da1****@(this weird chinese translation of hotmail).com"(in chinese characters). So under Science she wrote some weird crap about her being cellular and condensing in warm temperatures. Don't you condense only in cool temperatures?! okay. you DON'T even condense. Social Studies was someting about the political status in Iraq (Sadly that's the only thing I relate to SS. I wasn't very attentive during SS, you can say). (i would include the pictures if i figure out how to upload them from my phone) Felicia and Lin Min and those from the other schools were also there.
Then, Sabrina, Crystal, Jocie and I went to zhong lao shi's table and we saw her super cute daughters, natalie and nichelle!(lucky people, still got a few more years of RGPS<3. Anybody primary school student out there reading this, however much i doubt you will be, TREASURE YOUR PRIMARY SCHOOL YEARS. especially if you're in RGPS<3) they were super cute! SUPER SUPER CUTE! Sabrina and I marked Natalie's practice paper. Exercises actually. English. And we gave her super encouraging stickers! And comments! At the end of all the exercises we wrote stuff like "Keep it up! You can do it! Try Harder! Good Job!" I'm thinking of going back to RGPS<3 for CIP. Maybe I should, but the schedule now in secondary school is really tight...
GO RGPS<3
rather abrupt ending, but I have to go to bed now)

So now I shall start my second official post. Well they're all official, actually. I'm in the school MRL, again, with char, again. Oh the library has these iBooks (I'm using one of them now) and I think they are seriously hard to use. Really.
Well just now a prefect walked by and even though I'm quite sure we are allowed to blog on these, I still was afraid that she would book me somehow:D Charmaine's disappeared for about ten minutes now and to think that I stayed back for her... We're into the fourth week of school now, right?
And I have created a new term for English Literature! Not English lit, or e lit but Englit!!! Isn't that perfect?
Well after school today 109 had to stay back for physics lesson after school (haha!). So Amanda H and I took the opportunity to stand outside their class door and point at them (namely doob, emeline, char(who blurly didn't notice us), jac-jac, kai wei, cheryl, alethea(who also blurly didn't notice us). Wait I may have remembered wrongly. It was hilarious!!! Well at least for me and amanda.=DD
Evil Char hasn't returned yet after super long. Well if she doesn't return soon she's going to give more opportunities to her classmate (not me, I'm not in her class) to poke into her stuff and find worksheets. No, I'm not lying.
I have a new goal for 2008: I will write a blogskin!!! using html!!! (which my brother says sucks cos there's this dreamweaver thing which is much better. If I remember correctly)
Allow me to say that however much 'good features' iBook has it's not really good. Don't ask me why i said that after four or so paragraphs of ranting on stuff which are completely unrealated to this iBook. The name's really stylo don't you think - iBook. But it's not good. Well at least not till I've learnt how to use it well.
